You guessed it! (Bioshocks <3) 

 

Before this topic gets flooded, I want to say a couple things. I do not currently have the parts, nor am I guaranteed to actually carry out with this build, the build is solely dependent on if my friend is able to sell his gold coin to afford the build.

In case you were wondering, its a 1988 gold $50 1oz eagle. This build is also a budget build. I will start out by listing the parts and finding some images to correctly portray what the theme of this build is going to be mainly. (Blue/under water)
