Alt and Tab explorer.exe error

Hello, i don't know if i should post this here, but im hoping someone can help me.I have an issue with alt and tab combination. When i try to switch between tabs it's a slow respond and sometimes screen goes black for a sec or colors change to white ( i am using Night light from display settings )

Not sure if my specs are important for this case but they are:MB: X570-a PRO

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070TIRam: 16GB

 

Sometimes this error pops up too, but 0x000... is different everytime.

I noticed this in Event Viewer, but im not sure if it is connected to the issue:
