Pc not detecting AIO

I have an ASUS ROG STRIX LC II 240 ARGB AIO and my pc wont detect it. If I go into my bios I can see that it is plugged in and I can change the fan speed and such. If I want to change the rgb though I cant with any software. Asus Armory Crate doesn't see that its there. I've also tried Corsair Ique and Signal Rgb but none see the AIO. I don't know what's causing this issue. I have a Tuf Asus motherboard but the AIO is Asus Strix. Is it because of the different lines?
