Anyone ever hear of the Winston Privacy Filter? Is it just an overpriced pi-hole?

I saw it on one of those articles going over the best work-from-home products to have, and thought to myself how much did they pay this publisher to put this on the list. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only person thinking its an overpriced pi-hole.
