What AIO should I get.

Budget (including currency): 120 USD

Country: U.S.A.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CPU cooling

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I am looking for a 280 AIO for my I5-9600k that I will be overclocking. I perfer RGB but I would be fine without it as I will be using different fans. AIO must be compatible with a GIGABYTE Z390 Gaming X and clear my G.Skill Ripjaws V series RAM using slots 2 and 4. EDIT: it must also fit in a 4000D airflow.
