windows wont boot on pc

when i try to turn on or reset my pc i just get stuck in a auto repair loop.
when i make it to the blue trouble shooting screen I'm able to get onto my pc by using the 2nd boot manager but i have to do this every time i turn it on.
to be honest, i don't even know if there should be a 2nd boot manager and could really use some help.
