Budget (including currency): Rs. 2,50,000 (~$3300)

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: COD, Valorant, CS:GO, Minecraft, Blender, VSC (Programming, mainly Web Development and Python, Java later down the line) and Streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already have a Glorious Model D Wireless which I'll be re-using. I'll be needing a keyboard (preferably mechanical, not very loud and RGB) and a headset (preferably RGB and with mic). I currently have a laptop with an i3 8th gen, 4GB RAM and Integrated Intel Graphics. I would like 1440p and 240Hz. I would like a Black Themed and RGB build. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is one that would look nice and has a lot of storage. I have not included peripherals btw. You will need to flash bios but there is a tutorial with this mobo model.
