I'd probably wait to finalize everything until the week you're planning on buying everything, prices change so much that what might make sense to recommend today won't make sense tomorrow.

As for the build, there's a couple things I would change.

Go i5 12400 instead of the 5600X. It's marginally faster and ~$100 less.
Your storage configuration doesn't really make much sense. First, a Gen 4 drive in consumer applications generally don't make much, if any sense. Second, a 250GB SSD, unless it's really cheap, doesn't make much sense when they're so close in price to a 500GB. Plus, for the price you're paying for storage, you're dangerously close to the price of some 2TB SSDs which would be a much better option all around.
For the GPU, either try to go for it on Best Buy and get it at MSRP or just go for it on eBay. Either way it would be cheaper.
Unless you really like the look of that case, you can get better ones for less. The Phanteks P400a Digital is ~$10 less, has basically the best airflow on the market, and is incredibly easy to build in. Plus it comes with 3 RGB fans.
You can get a better PSU for that price. The Antec NeoECO Gold ZEN is $10 less for the 700w variety, and the EVGA SuperNOVA GT is $3 more with 80+ Gold and a fully modular interface.
