unfortunately they're kinda right when it comes to full custom not using a kit. full custom usually starts around $600 for good parts and you still need a GPU which can take a water block (3080, 3080ti 3090 etc) which would be the whole budget

this would be a solid liquid cooled build to build from in the future. 240mm rad, comes with pump and CPU block and all the parts you need to build, you will need a heatgun for bending the tubes (you won't get GPU cooling with that budget)
