Black screen and buzzing update

So i posted about my backscreen and headphone buzzing issue, well now it seems more and more common and I still have no idea what it could be however it got to the point where my system actually restarts from it, can someone read this memory dump file to see if something is on here that useful as i don't know what to look for.
