Razer Blackwidow 2014 Problem

Hey everyone,  I have a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 but my question mark does not work when pressing shift and typing 2. No input happens

 

what have I done already

• deleted drivers
• tried with a different PC
• checked Razer Synapse if any macros were binded to shift

what could be a fix? _{and yes i literally googled question mark and pasted it here}

So your question mark key doesn’t work on a 8 year old board? Could just be the switch going dude or is it fine when you’re not pressing shift? Does your shift key work?

The shift it self does work no problem, just when I try to use it for capital letters or question mark for example it does not work

Sounds like a windows setting that’s been changed tbh then

Don’t really know, my keyboard randomly changed language without me changing anything recently
