Dualshock 4 scroll up problem Windows 11

Hi, can someone help me with a problem with a fake dualshock4 controller so to speak, when I connect it via Bluetooth in the windows start menu it appears to me how to select something with tab button and it always goes up, and to ds4windows it connects and disconnects non-stop, but through the cable connection it doesn't have a problem, I don't know what I could do.I clean the stick, reset the controller. Yes, but i clean the stick and reset the controller, but i can't understand why only through bluetooth connection it happens, on the cable connection doesn't act like that. And ds4windows alerts me lose connection and connect disconnect controller. What i should do? If I send a video that might help?

I ve tried scptoolkit and more others software, if there is anytingh else to try I'll be glad to try, thank you!
