Microbubbles like these can last for weeks or even months, depending on things like flow rate. They have zero impact on performance, I just wouldn't worry about them.

Hi I’m new to custom loops and this is my first set up. I was wondering if this is air bubbles or Debris from a Component. I let the pump run for a good hour open, then ripped the rad and computer around on all side, shook it a bit to get rid of air bubbles. eventually the water in the pump was running clean with no air bubbles (I also cleaned out the parts and dried them before installing) I’m using a r5 3600, Ek classic pump and Reservoir combo, soft tubing, compression fitting, ek 240 copper rad and a phanteks glacier c369A water block. Saving up money to get gpu water block if I can find one still that will fit my card(msi gaming z2070) or maybe just wait till I get new gpu and then get the flu block. I have not overclocked cpu yet but planning on it. On high load my temps stay at 48-52 Celsius and idle at 32-4 Celsius. Thanks if anyone has a idea on what this is and or a way to fix it if needed .

those smol air bubbles will eventually work their way out of your cpu block, don't worry about it

did you clean your components before finalizing your build.

Yes only with warm water then let it sit for couple days to dry out but I’ve read that bubbles should be gone by now to I’m wondering if it’s from the water block it was new and I washed it before screwing in the fittings and maybe some plastic shaving got in

no by cleaning i mean flushing the system... pumping water through your components ..

here is a good example..

you can use your pump...  and do it for all components in your loop.. not just the radiator.

actually.. if it's possible dismantle that cpu block.. and clean it with a soft tooth brush or something.

Ok when I want to change it out how do I drain it without getting on components

Did you fit a drain port?

Looking at your loop you might need to take the front off your case and unplug one of your radiator ports to drain it.

Once you've drained it, put a T fitting at the bottom of the case where your pump outlet is and use that. There's plenty of space and location for a drain.
