Windows 10 HDR at 165hrz not working with multiple monitors

I have an LG 32gn650-b which supports HDR at 165hrz and before a windows update I was able to set run it like that no problem. Now if I have any other monitors connected it only allows SDR at 165hrz or HDR at 60hrz. I tried to rollback the update and the problem persisted. Graphics drivers and Windows are up to date. 

If I use words like probably or most likely, it is because I dislike certainty. These words can probably be omitted and the sentence read as a certainty.
