hello, i tested a 3070ti after 2 months i bought it and when i first connected it ( to a friend's pc ) it said no signal and made an " alarm " sound, i am wondering if that might be a mbo problem ( he had an b460 ) or maybe a psu problem, cuz i believe he plugged a 6 pin and an 8 pin in the 2 * 8 pin connector, im gonna get a 2*8 pin addaptor to 6 pin for my pc to test again b4 i buy the rest of the components, is it possible to boot up on a 1300x with a 450w psu? I repeat, im gonna get all components just wanna make sure the gpu works

The manual should help you identify the error but yeah needs 2 8 pin connectors and that power supply is probably too small.
