My motherboard have lights on but my pc isn't turning on. What should I do? What should be the problem?

What's your motherboard different motherboards have different debugging features, regardless first make sure your plugged into your gpu if you are and there is still no display, try reseating the ram, then if that doesn't work reseat the gpu.

After doing these troubleshooting steps if it still won't post (display an image) try reseating the cpu gently in to the socket and use the little tab that the motherboard has to secure it in place, remember to match the little tiny triangle in the cpu and the motherboard socket.

Keep in mind, some CPU's do not have integrated graphics (such as the Ryzen 3600X) and if you don't have a dedicated gpu it will not show an image as far as I know, good luck!
