Using windows 10, I've just moved my PC to a different city and up some stairs. Now the PC won't boot with the webcam plugged in, just stuck on a black screen. So I unplug the webcam then plug it in after windows has booted but the usb icon keep appearing and disppearing rapidly in the bottom left where the system icons are. Also device manager keeps automatically refreshing itself. This is all with the webcam plugged in. I keep hearing the sound when you plug and usb device in and out constantly. I've tried using different USB ports on the motherboard.

I've update windows 10, uninstalled the webcam driver in device manager and logitech software in programs restarted the pc then reinstalled the Logitech G HUB software (it only detects my logitech mouse) for the webcam, and installed the webcam driver in the device manager using update drivers it now appear under imaging devices. The same thing still happens.

I've tried using the C920 webcam on another pc and it works straight away so the webcam isn't damaged. The last time this issue happened I update realtek audio driver in windows update and it fixed itself.

Also the PSU is making a constant ticking sound if that makes a difference. Never made that sound before I moved to a different city.
