It's going to be a completely new build, I don't need any peripherals, I'm planning to buy this month, playing on 1440p 144Hz.

You should be able to get a good graphics card for around 1000 euros, then the other 1000 euros can be used to get a cpu, psu, ssd, etc...

Commander Core XT will control all of the fans and their RGB, once connected. Went for 1.5TB of SSD storage. You can put all of your games on the WD Blue 1TB SSD.

Intel is better priced right now (10/11th being cheaper, but not too much slower. 12th gen same price for better performance and extra e-cores), but might as well have this option too.
