It's going to be a completely new build, I don't need any peripherals, I'm planning to buy this month, playing on 1440p 144Hz.

Commander Core XT will control all of the fans and their RGB, once connected. Went for 1.5TB of SSD storage. You can put all of your games on the WD Blue 1TB SSD.
