d3dx9_39.dll missing forever

Hello, so I'm trying to play League of Legends and, when a match launches it keeps saying that d3dx9_39.dll is missing, I have already put the file in syswow64 and system32 and used DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer but it keeps giving me the error, hope you can help me fix this, thank you in advance.

 

NOTE: I have already reinstalled the game completely and it doesn't fix the problem

 

 

I'm using Windows 10 Pro and I believe all my drivers are up to date, I have scanned the PC with Malwarebytes and there's 0 stuff found, If you need any extra info to try to help me I'll happily provide it.
