Start Up Problem

il start with sorry for bad.

 

After I upgradet my motherboard from a asus rog strix B459-I gaming to a asus rog strix F570-F gaming. when i boot up the computer i get the message that you can see on one of the pictures.

as i understad i can only use BitLocker if I have windows Pro. so I can't use that to fiks my problem.

I have also tried to use the Devise encryption on windows, but the button don't eksist becaus my PCR7 won't avtivate. When i looked at the bios setings for it. it says that it's activated.

 

I have also tryed to reinstall windows, but that did nor work ether
