The 3060 ti is a more powerful card hands down. Consistently 10-15% ahead in most games, as any comparison test would show you. 6600 XT is closer to the non-ti 3060.

I am building my first PC and am wondering which is the better Gpu. From what I have seen the Rtx 3060 ti has better performance but I would like your opinion. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
