could you be maxing out your vram? is the "worse graphics" in the same spot where the better graphics you got were?

I have GTA graphics set on very high on my gtx 1650 oc d6 and the game for some reason begun to look really tared from a point and after, what can i do to help this?

 

edit. The game was looking amazing yesterday and started looking like this after i set the softness on high to see what would happen, it turned out bad so i reseted to the begging graphics but they turn out even worse!
