Really small ITX case without a GPU

I'm building a PC for occasional office use, just to download and update drivers from time to time. I'm doing it with a 5700G so I don't need space for a GPU. I was thinking about something that looks like a NUC or something really small, way smaller than NR200. Any recommendations?

ASRock Deskmini X300, it's even smaller than ITX, but downside is it uses proprietary mainboard, external power brick, and laptop RAM. If you're never planning on upgrading, it should be fine.
