I'm currently using a pre-built Cyberpower from 2017-ish? My PC has been turning off from time to time recently. Its only happening during cold boots and during games.

And here are the specs for my computer:

Happening during cold boots and games leads me to believe it could be a power supply issue. It's common for lower quality ones to go out after a few years. If you are over clocking anything (Ram, cpu, gpu) you could try resetting those to the default values and see if you can replicate the issue.
