DRAM refresh failure and bootlooping

Go to solution Solved by Guest,

You pretty much ruled out everything except the CPU... your cpu might be dead. can you rma it?

So I have a computer I built myself about a year ago and it's been working fine. Then, around a week ago, it started randomly shutting down and restarting, with no warning and no windows restarting screen. After a couple of days, it then shut down and when I tried to restart it, it's now just bootlooping.

The first thing I tried was reseating basically everything. I tried each stick of ram individually. I tried a new GPU that I knew was just working in another system. Then I tried getting a motherboard speaker and it gave me one beep, which I figured out is I'm pretty sure a DRAM refresh failure (gigabyte B550M DS3H).

I then tried a new motherboard (asus prime b550 plus) and new ram (patriot viper 16GB 3600), and I still get the same single beep. I looked stuff up and it seems like I've tried everyone's suggestions for what to do already. Does anyone have any ideas for what this could be?

Specs:

Windows 11

Gigabyte B550M DS3H / ASUS Prime B550 Plus

Ryzen 3600

T-Force 2x16GB 3200 / Patriot Viper 16GB 3600

Cooler Master MWE Gold 750W psu

H510 case

I can't figure out what version of bios the newer motherboard has, as I haven't even been able to boot it, but as a last ditch effort I tried flashing the first motherboard's bios, so I know it's v14e

Any ideas would be amazing.
