DSOUND.dll missing

Tried everything, can't start Valorant. Even installed a new windows 11 from scratch .

Sadly, it did not work  I have tried all the steps on this page aswell: https://www.exefiles.com/en/dll/dsound-dll/

Don't you need to install the full directX package since it seems that microsoft doesn't even bother having it in a complete state in their OS.

i have the same issue with my laptop, it has windows 11 pro installed
