Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: World of Tanks, Project Zomboid, GTa San Andreas multiplayer ( only need single core perf. ), ARMA 3

Laptop I have now: i7 3820QM, 16Gb DDR3, Quadro K2000M 2gb

 

New PC Specs ( used )  : i7-2600, 12Gb 1600Mhz DDR3, Gigabyte Windforce2X GTX 660 2GB, 550W 80+ FSP PSU, 128Gb Kingston SSD, 500Gb WD blue HDD, MSi MS7728 mobo, random 2000's no airflow heatbox case

 

Does it worth the 313 USD? That is all of my budget, I just want a decent 1080p experience, even if I have to play on low graphics, my laptop is just not cutting it anymore. Wondering, if the i7-2600 is a downgrade compared to the 3820QM, some websites say yes, some say no. I'm confused  Right now this is my only option, all the others include a better CPU, but no GPU, or just a CPU + motherboard.
