(SOLVED) System Posts but does not boot into BIOS

We added 3 cooler master fans to the system. When I try switching it on, it displays the ASUS Logo but does not proceed to boot windows or open bios.

Motherboard: ASUS x570 prime

Ryzen 73700 MSI GTx 1660

16GB Corsair Vengence RAM

 

EDIT/UPDATE: The hdd cable was faulty and was preventing boot. Thank you all for the help!

Did you try unplugging the new fans to see if that fixes the issue? Are you sure they are plugged into the correct headers?

Yes we unplugged them but it's still the same! They are connected to the correct headers.

Are you certain they are connected to the right headers? Are they RGB fans? Did you confirm all the motherboard power cables are still plugged in and didn’t get knocked loose somehow?

Yes they are rgb fans and no the cables don't seem loose

If they are RGB, they had the normal 4 pin fan headers and the RGB headers. Your certain you plugged them into the correct mobo headers? Could you send a pic of the headers you used?
