Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

 

 

my dad need a small pc, really small (he have to carry it around), but idk which part choose, i was thinking for at least 16gb ram and a ryzen 3 3200g (so igpu), but i have no idea what which choose after, can someone help me?

In that price range I would recommend going with a prebuilt/barebone mini pc, something like an Intel NUC, Minisforum, MSI Cubi or similar.
