PS5 Green screen issues when switching inputs

I have a Vizio P65Q-H1 and I’m using both the 4K 120hz inputs. One for the PS5 and the other for the Series X. When I switch from the Xbox to the PS5 the screen is green. I can hear audio and the only way to get a picture is if I reboot the TV.  The issue goes away if I change the Xbox to a none 4K 120hz hdmi input. Anyone know why this would be happening?  I’ve looked online for hours and only found that it may be some HDR issues but can’t find a fix. My tv is update to latest firmware and I’ve used multiple hdmi cables rated to support the features of 4K 120hz.
