RTX3080 blank screen issue

I've been having this issue for a while now:

Sometimes (randomly) the screen goes blank, pc still running but no display. , i can either fore shutdown via button, or rdp via another system and reboot\shutdown from within.

 

This happens rarely and randomly butt it has caused me a lot of heartache, and an empty wallet. I keep getting abandons on ranked games, and losing unsaved work.

system 1 Specs:

• CPU - r5 5600x (swapped from i9 9900k)
• MOBO - Asus rog strix b550-a (swapped from  Asus prime z390-a atx)
• RAM - 64gb trident z rgb @ 3600mhz ( x4 16gb)
• PSU - evga g2 750w 80+ Gold fully modular psu
• AIO - CL ML240 ARGB V2 
• CASE - Lian Li Lancool II mesh (white)
• SSD - silicon power 256gb nvme m.2 PCIe gen 3x4 2280 (OS)
• MONITOR - Samsung Odyssey G9 (5120 x 1440 @  240hz)
• GPU - RTX 3080 ZOTAC TRINITY OC Edition

System 2 specs:

• CPU - i7 5820k
• MOBO - ASROCK FATAL1TY x99 GAMING I7
• RAM - 32gb @ 2400 mhz (x4 8gb)
• PSU - EVGA G5 750 80+ Gold fully modular PSU
• AIO - Raijintek triton 240L
• CASE - Fractal Design Meshify C
• SSD - WD 1tb Blue 3d NAND sata III 6gb/s, M.2 ssd 2280
• MONITOR - 65" 4k tv (livingroom)
• GPU - GTX 1080 Reference

What i've tried so far:

• re-installed drivers  a million times with and without DDU on and off safemode, 
• replaced PSU (swapped a PSU's between both computers, the old one has no issues )
• replaced RAM (temporarily swapped out the 64gb trident-z  kit for a 32gb oloy spare kit)
• replaced DP cable (swapped original samsung g9 dp cable for vesa certified dp cable)
• re-installed WINDOWS on same SSD,
• re-installed windows on NEW 256gb ssd
• replaced CPU/MOBO (still hate myself for this, swapped out my old-ish  i9 9900k+z390 set  for  brand spanking new r5 5600x+B550)

 

Issue keeps happening, rarely, and randomly,  but it just today it  showed its ugly face again, on my brand new cpu/mobo combo (r5 5600x + b550).that I just got thinking there was something wrong with my old z390 board.    I've just spent $500 bucks for nothing on an unnecessary cpu/mbo combo out of desperation. 


How is this possibe????  If the GPU  WORKS AND RUNS GAMES!! WHY DOES IT RANDOMLY CRASH!??!?!?  PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
