Microphone doesn't work properly

Hi, 1st time I write on the forum, long time viewer, I really enjoy the channel.
A quick disclaimer I’m not a native English speaker and I have a poor writing skill, so I apologize for mistakes I will make. I hope that you could read me without bleeding from your eyes

 

Here a problem that I struggle to fix :

My microphone stop working if it doesn’t detect my voice or other sound.
After a moment of silence (erratically 2/3min, or just 10s), the mic stops. Though It’s still connected and appear on Windows and Discord.
To make it work again I must unplug/plug or switch the default recording source.

I have 2 microphones a Logitech headphone/micro g533 (wireless) and a Neewer NW-100 (jack plug). I’ve the same issue with both so I think it’s safe to say that they are not the cause and it probably a software issue.
I tried almost everything:
•    Try on multiple applications (Discord, games, Hangouts)
•    Update driver > was up to date
•    Check for malware > nothing to report
•    Check for some specific Widows parameter > still no
•    Go back to factory setting on Windows 10 (I did keep my files)
•    Flash the bios

 

But I still facing with the same issue.

At that point I thought it could be from my motherboard, I was already thinking to do a CPU upgrade so I did go for it and take a new motherboard Z590 Aorus from Gygabyte (and i7 11700k)
Great boost of performance, but guess what, It’s still here.

 

I had record myself with Audacity while I was on Discord

 

 At the start we can see some waves (I was speaking). But at the end we see the full line, here the mic doesn’t work no one can hear me on Discord, no sound is sent.

I play back the end ot the track and it sounds like an electric noise.

Any idea?

I try with a 3rd mic a Jabra headphone (usb) and is working fine. It's weird that both of my mic are all faulty but I think it's that simple, bad luck.
