overclocking

I have a hp 0515B5VQ laptop with an AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx and im tyring to do some slight overclocking to squeeze some fps out of it. I tried using afterburner but the only thing it lets me adjust is core and memory clock until I hit save then it goes back to factory settings. I can't adjust fans speed or anything else. Any advice is would be helpful.
