bios update issues

hey i need some help i have been trying to update my bios because its over a year old now and is causing issues with my available ram amount however whenever I try updating it i get an id check error and i can figure out why

i got the bios from the website https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450-AORUS-ELITE-rev-1x/support#support-dl-bios

and I'm certain that's my motherboard

I'm using Qflash to update it please help
