amd usb issues

So a few months ago i posted about my amd system with an x570 mobo had usb disconnect and reconnecting issues. it had calmed down and only happened maybe a couple times a week but recently it started acting up every hour or so. it was frustrating trying to game with friends. I checked the latest bios and chipset drivers and only the chipset driver was out of date. I updated that and it was still happening i resigned myself to buying internal usb hub since that seems to have been the common solution to fix the problem for now. I had a thought that the only thing that had changed recently was my use of different wallpapers on wallpaper engine so i decided to completely turn it off. It has now been several hours and i havent had any disconnects has anyone else experienced this or is this confirmation bias getting the best of me.

I haven't experienced it when using wallpaper engine but I use a B550 mobo. What wallpapers were you using when you realized that it could be wallpaper engine?
