should my radiator fans be mounted in the front of back of my radiator and should they be intake or exhaust

I usually recommend your radiator be an exhaust setup, at the top of your case. However, not all cases can accommodate this. What PC case are you using, and how many fans are installed?

I recommend having the fans in a pull configuration, because when they are in push, dust tends to build up between the fans and the radiator which is much more of a pain to clean.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

For best cooling they should be setup as intake (front or side) and as pull to make cleaning easier as @Fasauceome said. Top mounted as exhaust isn’t bad but temps will run a bit hotter as you’re using warm case air to cool the aio vs fresh air. Have you seen the videos from a year ago about proper orientation? Gamers Nexus did the deep dive and Jayztwocents has a good less technical video.
