Oh, ok will ask here. You know how to remap key, this KB has no Print screen key, so I can't screenshot?

I have no idea since I never used that OS, but depending on your desktop environment you should be able to find a "shortcuts" section under the keyboard settings menu.

Regata os uses kde plasma desktop environment

Keyboard shortcuts can be added and/or modified in kde settings (search for keyboard shortcuts)

Is ther a easy way to add Mate to Regata KDE is not my thing so much, I have gotten use to Mate.

Not sure but open the package manager and install/search for mate-desktop

Once installed. Reboot.

At the login screen there should be a option to choose either kde or mate as the desktop environment/session

Now login and mate desktop should show rather than kde.

How can I install in terminal though YaST?
