Logitech 710 GamePad, Worthless?

I picked up the Logitech 710 Controller from Amazon and I wished I read/watched more reviews first as this ~$32 with Tax. Issues:

1) Too small for adult hands. Mine are aren't exactly large.

2) Even the D-Pad is small.

3) No Buttons/Pads on other side. This makes difficult to enjoy many games I have.

4) The size, including D-Pads are only fir for younger Child Hands, Preteens at best.

5) Etc.

This is the first testing as I only gotten today. But Logitech should some improvements:

1) Adult Size, Including D-Pad.

2) Needs the two Underpads.

3) Etc.

I've been buying online long to bother reading reviews and now I'm thinking I should brought an Xbox Controller instead. I only gotten this as some PC Games could work better with a Standard Gamepad and as a Spare/Extra Controller.

The game Blasphemous was used for Testing. I had to go back to my Valve Steam Game Controller to play this game.

The Logitech 710? Not worth the money as there are better Controllers for around the same price. The only saving Features are it uses AA Batteries and the Rubberized Grips.

I am going to return this and save for an Xbox Gamepad.

Yeah, I had a switch pro controller that I used for a while, but then I got some weird USB issues with Windows. Loved it while it worked tho, and I still use it on the switch. I've heard great things about the Xbox Controllers tho, and from what little experience I have with them, they are incredible!

To be honest I should have gotten another Steam Controller or two before Valve quite making them. First they reduce price to ~$35 then ~$5 to clear out stock... Now due to no longer made and a Collector's Items.

Ah yeah, Steam Controllers were a mixed bag on release, some people loved them, and others hated them. From what I remember there were a fair bit of confusion on release about it being exclusive to the steam console

Well you needed the Steam Game Client at first. Then a few FOSS Folks came up the SC-Controller to use well outside Client. Your Gravy if said Game(s) Supported Natively. Otherwise Configure the VSC.

SteamOS is still around but I think that the Steam Machine was meant to be short lived anyway. IMHO Valve should have Built and sold the Steam Machine itself. Just have a Basic and Standard only. And Update it Regularly.

But back to Logitech: What were they Thinking?

I am gettin into the keyboard enthusiast space, and their options don't really appeal to me, but yeah they make fairly decent cheap office peripherals and some gaming keyboards. I would recommend other options for pre-built keyboards in that price range tho.

I already have a AZIO Mechanical with classic Typewriter keys. Kahl MX Blue clones. The Switches themselves are really good for clones. However may replace it with something with simple backlighting.

Kailh Blues aren't the greatest switches, but I noticed you also like clicky switches. I would recommend the Kailh Box series, they have a click bar, which leads to a very satisfying click sound. I haven't tried any switches other than Cherry Reds tho, so take it with a grain of salt.
