Need help with system RAM

Hello, recently while using my computer during light use or gaming, my system RAM suddenly spikes to 95%. And when I checked my task manager the highest thing using system ram is antimalware service executable at 1000mb. So I don't know how it will jump to 95% when I have 32gb of RAM. During idle my RAM usage is 5% because of the wallpaper and rain meter I have. I used windows security to fully scan my system just in case and nothing came up. What is causing this problem? While I am gaming suddenly the game crashes and so does wallpaper engine and rain meter. And even with all of those closed the system RAM stays at 95%, and I need to restart. Please help, Ill try to recreate the problem so I can add pictures so you can see what I see. I also took the RAM out and reseated it so lets see if the problem still occurs.

System Specs:
CPU:i7-11700KF
MB: Aorus Z590 PRO AX

RAM:2x16gb 3600mhz Gskill TridentZ

GPU: Gigabyte 2080 Super  

PSU: 850w High Power

Hard to tell what seems to be wrong... 

 

Does that happen more often? or just one time? 

 

Things that "eat" memory wihtout being shown in the task manager are virtual machines... 

 

Not only Hyper V, but the Windows Defender Sandbox, Bluestacks, etcpp... Or some drivers did the same thing, especially Killer Network card drivers of a certain time... hoggin up the memory not giving it back until a reboot.

I dont have virtual machines or non of that. I wanna say it started like a week ago and happens like once a day, but there was a day where it happened 3 times buts that was the worst day.

what did you change right before? Any driver updates?

i really haven't  changed anything. i do usually always update a couple days after a new update is out. so as of right now when I am typing this my system is up to date. I attached an image of what my task manager normally looks like during idle

Well this is definitely not what i was expecting of a RAM problem unfortunately i haven't ever ran into anything like that good luck dude!

im trying to make the problem occur again so i can show what I see but it has happened yet but ill update if anything. Im hoping that reseating the RAM fixed it

My system stop doing what was originally happening to me, and not that long ago while on twitch, the problem occurred. I dont know why this is happening and what to do
