Pc doesn't restart

I had my pc for 1 year now, just recently my pc won't restart on its own, I would press restart, the pc would either shutdown or it would start back up but my monitor would say no signal. After pressing my reset button on my pc case ,only then the pc would boot back up after the restart. Is there any way to make this stop happening?
