Some taskbar icons are gone

im glad im not the only one getting  this ... usually its triggered by OBS for me.

so if you restart explorer.exe how long does it take for icons to disappear and are they always the same ones?

 

this is my taskbar for reference,  and its random for me too as in it might not happen for weeks and then couple of times per day, but usually it really seems to happen when OBS has been open for a while...

oh and the only things that disappear are either Nvidia control panel (seems like a Nvidia bug) or "action center" (which is obviously a windows bug) but i cant really make sense of it either...

Always the same ones, and to be honest, when I restart explorer.exe they don't even reappear for a the slightest second
