Multi GPU and Delegating Rendering and load per GPU

I have a PC that I do Simulators on with, until a week ago when I replaced a screen, it ran as follows, 6900xt for my Main 2 displays (2x 3840 x 2160 or technically 7680x4320) and a 1080ti for my dual screens (1920 x 1080) for Instrument clusters, and a third screen for my iGPU  (1920 x 1080) browsing the web and watching statistic for GPU CPU and so on.

 

Each screen was rendering on the GPU it was plugged in to now all screens seem to render on the 6900xt and I can not force anything to change. I tried using the laptop trick and graphic profiles per executable but I only see the 6900xt.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?
