Pc not starting

Hey everyone happy holidays 

 

Turned off my pc last night like normal and this morning it won't start .. the lights on the motherboard are on but I press the power button and nothing happens 

 

I tried :

- removing the rams and putting them back in 

- removing the cmos battery and put it back in 

- changing the power outlet

- jump starting the pc from the motherboard with a scew driver.

But unfortunatlly nothing seemed to work 

 

Pls help

 

My specs are : 

Mother board : Asus Prime B350-Plus

GPU : Asus Geforce GTX 1050 Ti

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 1600 

PSU : Corsair VS 450, 450 WATT

RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 2×8GB 3000MHz

Nothing happens no fans spin 

I check every connection and everything seems to be pluged in the way it should

Your Motherboard seems to be DOA (DeadOnArrival) return or RMA it
