Do different RTX 3060 models have drastic changes between them?

So I'm looking at getting an RTX 3060 but am on a tight budget but have found two 3060 models: https://www.mightyape.co.nz/product/nvidia-geforce-rtx-3060-dual-12gb-palit-gpu/34598603 , https://www.mightyape.co.nz/product/galax-geforce-rtx-3060-1-click-oc-12gb-gpu/35322759

Is there much noticeable difference between the two models?

The prices on mightyape are probably NZD so please take that into consideration
