Ok, a few easy possibilities to test:

  1. If you haven't already, remove the CMOS battery (with the system unplugged from the wall), count to ten, then put it back in and reset.
  2. Reseat your RAM. Simple as that. Just take it out, make sure the contacts and clean and there's no debris in the slots, then plug it back in.
  3. Open up BIOS and make sure all of your RAM is reading, then boot into MemTest86+ and let it sit and run for at least 24 hours. If there are issues with your RAM, they'll show up here. If that still doesn't do it, pull out your RAM and try booting with one stick at a time, going across the board from the furthest slot from the CPU to the closest to it, and running that test with both sticks. If MemTest86+ does throw errors, figure out which stick it is causing the problem and RMA it.
  4. Check the connections to your boot drive, SATA and power cables. If you have a way of testing the PSU, either by plugging it into a different PC or plugging a different PSU into yours, give that a shot as well.
  5. Take out your CPU and check to see if there are any bent or broken pins.
  6. Reinstall your OS from a fresh USB installer. You are going to have to wipe your boot drive if you do this, so unless you have a backup, save it for a last resort. Or, alternatively, install Windows onto a different drive and see if that posts. If it does, you can access your old boot drive and get your files off of it.

Just a few ideas of common places to start.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
