Recently I've been having this BSOD with the error code "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT". I ran through the basic troubleshoots: updated drivers, went into safe mode, ran sfc/scannow etc. Nothing problems still continue. I started to believe that it was my RAM that has been acting up so I took one out and my PC didn't post anymore. I put the stick back in, and it still didn't post. Changed the slots of the sticks and it posted. Took one out and it didn't post anymore. I think you get it by now. I tried memory diagnostic, but it didn't show any errors. I think I'm going to order new ram, but to make sure I want to write here in case I didn't try something yet. If it matters my specs are:

CPU- i5-9400f

RAM- 16 GB DDR4

Motherboard- ASUS PRIME H310M-R R2.0

GPU- RTX 2070.

It's likely the RAM. Although you can't be sure until you try different sticks. If it's not posting without both sticks installed, that's a good indicator. Just get different RAM. If possible, try ram from your board's QVL listing. That will more or less guarantee reliability when testing.

So I borrowed a stick from my friend and it booted fine, but the bsod continued. When I put my old ram back in it bsod'd with error code "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" several times. Now it boots, but bsod's with error code "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED", after the system is booted for a minute or two. No idea what to do anymore except a fresh windows install.

I've ran in to this problem many times. What fixed my issue is to make sure in you BIOS settings that XMP is disabled. XMP is overclocking your ram, which can make it unstable an cause BSOD.

I can't find XMP anywhere in my BIOS.

Check you DRAM voltage and ensure it's set to auto. I would also set Power-saving & Performance mode to Performance. Also try deselecting DRAM ODD ratio mode

I fixed the problem by taking out and inserting the sticks again. The memory management bsod comes up when I try to play Escape from Tarkov. Other than that it my pc stutters sometimes, but no other bsod's yet. I'm going to try to repair or reinstall windows and see how it does. I don't really think its a ram issue at this point. I don't believe that 3 sticks can all fail at the same thing.
