Ive had quite a few issues in recent times,
First, my screen didnt receive a signal from computer.
This isnt the issue im having right now however.

Current issue im seeking help with:
My FPS, is halfed in almost every game i play. However the GPU usage is the same.
In counterstrke it went from 350-400 to now 80.
In for honor it went from 200 to now around 90-120.

This started 3 days ago..
Yesterday however the PC worked as it should.
But today again its back to bad performance.

Things ive tried.

Reinstall drivers with DDU
Swap cables, use another monitor.

Edit, just ran heaven benchmark.
Cross referensed my scores with others with comparable system.. i was almost 2k score lower than them.

Also, i removed ram. swapped slots from 2-4 to 1-3. This fixed low performance issues for a couple of hours.
When i came back Pc was back to sloppy performance.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Okay. You can start with a fresh windows install. This would eliminate almost all software issues and possible third party programs. After that, you'll probably need to start testing your parts (swapping out RAM and GPU if you have another lying around). After that, we can start suspecting a bad GPU/thermal issues.

The pc is prebuild. Ive swapped around the RAM. So i dont have another GPU. Might have to send it back then. The annoying part is that everytime i have sendt it back they claim they find no issue, and it works fine for about 1-2 weeks then issues again. I also  did a clean windows installation this moring.

The low FPS in CS makes me think it's likely a CPU related issue. What does your CPU temperature look like while gaming ?

how is the utilization ? Is there anything else taking resources when checking Task Manager ?

I highly doubt its the CPU, because i can still play games like hearts of iron like i used to before the issues.. No slowdowns. Also No task manager theres nothing hogging Resources.

Have you tried monitoring tools like gpu-z, hwmonitor or msi afterburner to check for anomalies in behaviour when you have these issues ? An Issue I recently had when my fps was really low from one day to the next was my GPU powerlimit being set to 10% for no reason so maybe check that

Yes, whenever i game i always have msi afterburner onscreen display on.. So i see how much of the compoments the game uses.. No anomalies from when the PC ran optimally. Thats what makes this so wierd and frustrering.
