My first PC, I know nothing about this, need help

vanilloid23

Budget (including currency): 1500$

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: programming and games (specially games), FF XIV, dead by daylight, league of legends, etc.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I would like to play at 1080p 144Hz, stream occasionally, but most importantly is that i want to have 2 games open at the same time (since FFXIV queues are long now i would like to play other game while waiting haha).

Little overbudget, so you can consider going down to a 600W PSU and dropping the after market cooler. If you can afford it, I would go up to a 12700K. For the games you selected though, the 12600K will be plenty.
