And if that fails RMA it since all GTX 1660 Super are under warranty,

These cards are barely 2 years old.

I got it from my cousin who pulled it out of his prebuilt I don't know the rma process but I think I'm ineligible 

Also this is PC #3 all the same

You can do the RMA through the store it was bought from.

Why do you think that you are ineligible?

Usually you have to RMA the entire PC when it's a prebuilt, so it will probably not be worth it.

 

Also you can only RMA with the store in Europe, in US you have to go to the manufacturer (not sure about other places)

amazon gave me a partial refund and told me to RMA my 3070 when the prebuilt that i ordered from them was doing something like OPs
