AMD FX 8150 overclock?

What's a good target for overclocking my 8150? I have a M5A99FX Pro R2.0 motherboard and a Corsair H100i cooler.

I'd say 4.5GHz is a good stable overclock on most of these chips. Further would need a good chip.

But what about FX-6300 bandwagon? I can get 4.3Ghz easy on mine.

You're right, over 4.6GHz isn't unreasonable. However, it is sometimes unlikely. Luck of the draw; you know the drill.

Yeah, what is up with that? Why is the 6100 priced higher without a heatsink? The AMD FX-6k series makes no sense to me. My love of Intel has driven me away from the madness!

No idea bro, AMD is bonkers, but the price/performance ratio is crazy good.

I have to agree. However, they disappointed me with the FX-9590. I was an AMD fan until I saw that. They basically overclocked an FX-8350. Shameful.
